Each price point includes:

1. Calisthenics-style training:

Coach Sam will asses your individual level, he'll ask about your previous injuries and other determining factors. Generally, the training unit consists of neuro-muscular preparation, mobilization, warm-up, and the main, fun part. During the training, you might expect to work on things you've not been introduced to in your whole life. Some of the preparation exercises seem banal. But, you could be surprised by the difficulty. The interesting thing about Calisthenics is, that it involves complex muscle activation and a high level of control of the body's reaction to tension. It achieves motoric skills that with a piece of usual fitness equipment, you could never train up. In a sense, having a "gymnastic body" also means possessing true strength, agility, and the ability to use musculature in an exceptionally different way. Look forward to it ;)

2. Online/offline support:

Our support system takes into account each client's lifestyle. Therefore, we tailor it on a highly individual basis. Broadly, online support includes video chats, messaging, and calls, where Sam helps clients with difficulties like personal problems (it can affect preset goal), clients' crucial feedback on training, and occasional tips and advice from the coach's initiative. Both sides can arrange a friendly debate over a cup of coffee.
All of the above takes place outside the prepaid session.

3. Nutrition:

Firstly, Sam will send you a form of your favorite ingredients, food restrictions, possible allergies, and eating styles. You can attune every detail. More on the meal plan aspects will be explained in depth by him if you'll be eager about it. Secondly, He will create a meal plan that will make your progress visually materialize. Additionally, each meal plan can be adjusted after progress has been made, and if the situation calls for it. It is likely that a meal plan will need a tweak if, for example, a client ranks up from "The Fat Burner" program to " The Skill Building" program, in which case the client might need more calories than before due to the change of metabolic efficiency.
