You need to ask us questions that are important to you. Coaching is about sympathy, the ability to teach, and the surely knowledge. Ask Samuel any question directly on his Instagram or Facebook page or book a FREE 3-day online coaching trial, during which you'll get a taste of what the training session looks like.

Where do I find the prices, terms, and conditions for personal coaching?
This information and much more regarding the terms and conditions are shared with each client separately. This is because everybody has different needs and pays for various weekly time slots. Each new client signs an agreement containing everything there is to know. We offer mid-range prices.
What is the cost difference between online and offline personal coaching?
The cost difference is huge. To be precise, the difference is 1127 AED, when compared to basic plan.
Can I take advantage of the 3-day trial whether I want to train online or offline?
No, we only provide a 3-day trial for offline users.
What does a 3-day trial include?
It includes 3 hours of personal training, which may be utilized on one or on separate days/day.
Do you offer training programs?
Training programs will be published soon. However, feel free to message us here. After, Samuel will create an individual training program for you.
What is the price of an individual training program?
Anywhere from 50 to 500 euros (depending on your needs).
Although, don't worry! Hundreds of euros, pay serious athletes only :)
How do I know the opening hours for coaching sessions?
Opening hours are every weekday, including Sunday, from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM in GMT+4 time zone.
Are there any additional costs or hidden fees associated with the coaching service?
Generally there are no additional fees and there are no hidden costs at all. Although, there are possible additional fees if you choose to opt in for a special service.
Can you be flexible with prescheduled appointments and reschedule them if needed?
Yes, but only if there is a medical emergency or work-related emergency.
Are you able to work with disabilities, illnesses, and special needs people?
Absolutely yes!
